Committees of the Board of Commissioners

The Board of Commissioners has established several committees to assist in the conduct of the
Authority's business. Committee appointments are made in compliance with provisions
of the Public Authorities Reform Act of 2009.

The current committees were appointed by resolution at the
2011 Annual Meeting held on May 19, 2011 and are as follows:

Finance Committee: Roderick Dressel, Chairman, Richard Gerentine & Joseph Ramaglia
Audit Committee: Roger P. Higgins, Chairman, Francis Vecellio & C. Vane Lashua
Governance Committee: Richard Gerentine, Chairman, C. Vane Lashua & Roger P. Higgins
